While fans of the series have been closely monitoring all the Far Cry 6 leaks dropped so far, others will get to experience the crazed Hope County for the first time this weekend. The story of Far Cry 5 is filled with a cult that has bloodied the beautiful landscapes and picturesque forests of a small town in Montana. These cultists believe the end of the world is coming, and they aren’t afraid to drug, murder, and fight their way to salvation.

Gamers who want to experience the Seed family and their crazed followers can grab the game for free this weekend, from May 29th to May 31st. All players have to do is sign up for a Uplay account on their PC, preload the game on the 27th onto their PC, and then they’ll have it for free for the whole three days. This doesn’t include any of the Far Cry 5 DLC.
After the weekend is over, players can purchase the game for up to 75% off on their PC and the DLC, like the Zombie DLC, season pass, and deluxe pass for 50% off. Complete instructions for the free weekend can be found of Far Cry’s website. The free weekend is only for PC.
Hopefully, this free weekend will lead to some more news of Far Cry 6, which many fans hope is currently in development with some much-needed changes to the series.
Far Cry 5 is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
