Both Matthew Wright (@ Falcons in Week 13) and Chase McLaughlin (vs. Cowboys) have been among the best fantasy kickers since taking over for their respective teams. McLaughlin has been doing it since Week 3, and Wright, who had a stint with the Chiefs earlier this season, has been kicking for Pittsburgh since Week 10.

This week, both face defenses who entered Week 12 in the top 12 in fantasy points per game (FPPG) allowed to kickers, and perhaps more important, both are kicking indoors. Considering McLaughlin entered last week averaging 8.4 FPPG and Wright was averaging a league-high 10.3, both are great starting options.

WEEK 13 STANDARD RANKINGS:QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs

Daniel Carlson (vs. Chargers), Greg Zuerlein (@ Vikings), Jason Myers (@ Rams), Cade York (@ Texans), Younghoe Koo (vs. Steelers), and Ka’imi Fairbairn (vs. Browns) more top-15 kickers with top-15 indoor matchups. (Technically, Myers will be kicking in an open-air stadium, but it does have a roof.) Their combination of safety and high ceilings this week is unmatched, and that’s massively important with the weather turning around the league. Brett Maher (vs. Colts) and Cameron Dicker (@ Raiders) are also great indoor options despite having slightly below-average matchups.

WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS:QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs

Plenty of other kickers should be fine despite playing outdoors, but you will need to stay on top of the weather reports. Justin Tucker (vs. Broncos), Ryan Succop (vs. Saints), and Tyler Bass (@ Patriots) remain auto-starts, and Harrison Butker (@ Bengals) is a great sleeper going against a Cincinnati defense allowing the most FPPG to kickers. Nick Folk (vs. Bills) and Graham Gano (vs. Commanders) are still in play despite tougher matchups, too.

WEEK 13 DFS: Best values | Best stacks

Overall, there’s no need to take big risks given all the solid, indoor options at your disposal this week. When the schedule gods give you a break this late in the season, take it. You have enough to worry about with your other, more important start ’em, sit ’em decisions, so don’t let kicker weigh you down.
