DOMINATE YOUR DRAFT: Ultimate 2021 Cheat Sheet
Jalen Hurts injury update
Hurts was an unexpected scratch from the Week 2 preseason game against New England. Those who have already drafted and own Hurts can breathe easy, though – it was merely a stomach illness that kept Hurts out of the game. Essentially, Jalen said his stomach hurts. While this isn’t necessarily an ‘injury’ update, it’s worth noting for those who weren’t sure what happened.
We have Hurts ranked No. 12 among QBs.

DJ Moore injury update
Moore has dealt with a minor back ailment and aggravated his injury in Thursday’s practice. While back injuries are often worrisome, Moore seems to be fine, but the Panthers will take every precaution necessary to keep him healthy. Even if he misses a few practices, there isn’t much worry about his fantasy prospects, other than Sam Darnold being his QB.
Moore is No. 16 in our standard WR rankings and No. 16 in our WR PPR rankings.

Stefon Diggs injury update
Diggs has been absent from practice over the past week and a half with a minor knee injury. However, he’s expected to be OK. If he really had to play in a game, he’d suit up, but the Bills are letting him take his time. While he likely won’t take any reps in preseason games, he is expected to make a return to the practice field sometime next week.
Diggs is our No. 4 standard WR and No. 4 PPR WR, though he has more overall value in PPR leagues.

DeVonta Smith injury update
After missing time with a knee injury, Smith finally made his NFL debut in a preseason game against the Patriots on Thursdray. While he saw limited action (two catches, 19 yards), he looked healthy and showed off his pristine route-running skills. Smith said his knee felt good after the game, so barring any setbacks, there’s no reason to believe he won’t be active in Week 1.
Smith is ranked No. 40 in our standard WR rankings and No. 36 in our WR PPR rankings.
